Acting Classes in Sacramento That Transform Lives
Whether you're stepping on stage for the first time or ready to perform professionally, The Form Academy offers a structured path.
15 Years. 1,000+ Students. One Method.
The Form Academy brings a proven system from Romania to Sacramento. Founded on the success of TeenMedia Academy (15 years, 1,000+ students, 96% recommendation rate) and Teatrul În Culise (Forbes-recognized cultural landmark), we know how to teach non-actors to embody presence, voice, and truth.
This is rigorous, structured, transformative work.
What Makes Us Different
Intensive Training: Sessions run 2.5+ hours. We don't rush. Your instructors stay until questions are answered.
Small Cohorts: 8-12 students per group. You're not lost in a crowd. You're seen.
Expert Faculty: Led by Cristian Bajora (15+ years directing, 100+ productions) and working theater professionals. Not hobbyists. Not academics. Artists who practice this work.
Professional Showcases: Your final performance happens on a real stage, with real lighting, real audiences, real stakes. We treat your work with the seriousness it deserves.
Flexible Schedules: Evening classes so you don't have to quit your job to transform your life.
The Seen Method: Our signature approach integrates somatic awareness, vocal liberation, emotional permission, structured improvisation, and public witnessing. It's not borrowed from somewhere else. It's ours. And it works.
Beyond the Classroom
Through our Sacramento arts network and partnerships, we support committed students in pursuing further training, auditions, or professional opportunities. We're invested in your growth beyond the 12 weeks.
What You'll Find
A supportive ensemble. Honest feedback. A place where you don't have to perform, just be present. And instructors who won't let you hide, because they see what you're capable of before you do.

FAQs
Is this suitable for complete beginners?
Yes! Most students have never acted before. This is designed specifically for non-professionals who want to build confidence, improve communication, or explore self-expression.
What if I'm shy or introverted?
Perfect. Many of our most powerful students started that way. This work is for you.
What if I'm not sure I'm "good enough"?
There's no audition. If you're ready to show up, you're good enough.
Is this therapy?
No, but it's therapeutic. We're not licensed therapists, but the work is deeply emotional and transformative.
What's the age range?
Adults 18–65. Teen Lab is for ages 13–17
Will I have to perform in public?
Yes. Every term ends with a showcase. It's scary. It's necessary. You'll be supported.
Can I watch a class before enrolling?
We don't allow observers (it disrupts the container), but you can attend a one day workshop or schedule a call with Cristian.
How much do acting classes cost?
Our beginner acting course is $1,500 for 12 weeks (60 contact hours). We offer payment plans starting at $500 deposit, and a pay-in-full discount of $1,350.
Where are acting classes held?
Classes are held in Midtown Sacramento (exact address provided upon enrollment). The space is accessible, welcoming, and designed for intimate group work.
When do classes start?
Our next beginner cohort starts in February 2026. We run 3 cycles per year with limited enrollment (12 students max per group).
