Acting Training for Ages 13-17
Look, we get it. Teenagers don't need another thing that tells them who they should be.
They need a space where they can figure out who they already are. That's Teen Lab.
Every Weekend, teens show up. We do theater games, improvisation, voice work. We laugh, we mess up, we try again. By the end, they leave different than they came more themselves, somehow.
What Actually Happens Here
We start with warm-ups. Games that get everyone present—not just physically in the room, but actually here.
Then we dive into exercises. Improvisation. Voice work. Physical expression. Creative challenges that stretch you without breaking you.
We take a break. Snacks, hanging out, being normal humans.
Then we go deeper. Scene work. Ensemble challenges. Stuff that requires trust and showing up for each other.
By 1 PM, you're tired in the good way. The way that means you actually did something.
Who This Is For
Teen Lab is for teenagers (13-17) who:
Want to try something that's not school, not sports, not just sitting on their phones.
Feel like they're performing all the time anyway, might as well learn how to do it on purpose.
Want to meet people who aren't trying to be cool, just trying to be real.
Need a break from being judged.
Want to get better at speaking up, showing up, being heard.
Or just want to see what happens when they actually express themselves without filtering everything first.

Teen Elite Company
For teens who keep showing up—month after month—there's Teen Elite Company.
This isn't automatic. It's earned through consistency and commitment.
Cristian selects the most dedicated teens to join Teen Company, where they work on actual performances, create original work, and take on bigger creative challenges.
It's about being the most present. The most willing to do the work. If you show up, stay open, and keep coming back—you'll get there.
